The interpretation of anomalous fields by using their frequency characteristics

Physics of the Earth and Planetary Interiors, 1975
Abstract Non-synoptic small array studies for magnetometer-induction investigations are considered. A new interpretation technique based on the fact that anomalous fields originate from current concentrations in local inhomogeneities is discussed.

Gel Characteristics of Polyaniline and Its Anomalous Doping Effect

Japanese Journal of Applied Physics, 1990
Polyaniline gel has been prepared from soluble polyaniline. Remarkable shrinkage of the gel has been observed upon increase of the concentration of water in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. However, the temperature dependence of the volume of polyaniline gel is anomalous. Shrinkage of the volume of the gel has also been observed upon acid doping.

Anomalous track and bulk etching characteristics of CR-39

International Journal of Radiation Applications and Instrumentation. Part D. Nuclear Tracks and Radiation Measurements, 1986
Abstract Five features of anomolous behaviour of CR-39 as a nuclear track detector are reported. These include: (i) a depth dependent bulk etch rate, (ii) the growth of wart-like etch craters in the plastic, (iii) the formation of etch tracks with anomlous goemetry, (iv) non-uniform response after annealing and (v) departure from a response in terms ...

General and anomalous sperm disappearance characteristics found in a large vasectomy series

Fertility and Sterility, 1989
There is no accepted standard for the time after vasectomy before infertility is achieved. To help address this question, the records of 5,233 vasectomy patients who had had at least 12 ejaculations and had completed semen tests were reviewed. Seventy-five percent were able to fulfill a designated criterion for success by 4 months postoperatively ...

Observation of anomalous transport characteristics in graphene-oxide thinfilm

Materials Chemistry and Physics, 2018
Abstract This paper describes experimental results of an anomalous electrical transport properties of graphene-oxide (GO) thinfilm. A nonlinear current-voltage (I-V) characteristic has been observed and analyzed with various current-transport mechanisms such as thermionic emission, space-charge limited conduction (SCLC), and Poole-Frenkel (P-F ...

Anomalous behaviour of I-V characteristics of DC-SQUID

Physica B+C, 1981
Abstract Here we report the measured results on the DC-SQUID made of Nb film microbridges. We found that the I-V characteristics are not the same as usual. They are not a set of hyperbolas as shown in Fig.1, but are as shown in Fig. 2. We propose a possible mechanism which can be responsible for this anomalous behaviour and present an equation ...

Anomalous Behavior of the Elastic Characteristics of YBa2Cu3O7 Near Tc

1987
The temperature dependence of the elastic constants and lattice parameters of the YBa2Cu3O7 samples has been studied1,2 to find the mechanism responsible for the superconductivity of a new class of high-Tc superconducting oxides.

Anomalous Staircase CV Characteristics of InGaSb-on-Insulator FET

IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, 2014
Quasi-static capacitance voltage (CV) characteristics of In1– x Ga x Sb-on-insulator field-effect transistor (FET) are investigated using 1-D coupled Schrodinger-Poisson equations. Here, we report for the first time the staircase trend in the CV characteristics of such ultrathin-body FET. This observation is well correlated with the gate-bias-dependent

[Characteristics of the formation of anomalous thinking in children with schizophrenia].

Zhurnal nevropatologii i psikhiatrii imeni S.S. Korsakova (Moscow, Russia : 1952), 1980
The traits of age thinking development (formation) were studied by experimental and psychological tests in children aged from 5 to 14 years who were diagnosed as suffering from favorably developing forms of schizophrenia. During all the age periods this group of children showed a deviation in the thinking development, compared to that of the control ...
