Anomalous Higgs-top coupling pollution of the triple Higgs coupling extraction at a future high-luminosity electron-positron collider [PDF]
One of the most challenging tasks for future high-luminosity electron-positron colliders is to extract Higgs triple coupling. It was proposed that this can be carried out via the precisely measuring the cross section of ZH associated production up to $0.4\%$. In this paper, we example the possible heavy pollution from Higgs-top anomalous coupling.

Active Learning in Physics: From 101, to Progress, and Perspective
In this review, the concept of active learning is introduced to the physicists at the level of beginner without requirement on background in machine learning. It includes most of the latest applications of active learning in branches of physics, covering but not being limited to quantum information, high energy physics, and condensed matter physics. It

Simulation-based inference in the search for CP violation in leptonic WH production
Sources of CP violation beyond the Standard Model (BSM) are required to explain the baryonic asymmetry of the Universe. In this work, we study BSM CP-violating components in the HWW interaction in WH production, parametrized by an effective dimension-6 ...

Holomorphic field theories and higher algebra
Abstract Aimed at complex geometers and representation theorists, this survey explores higher dimensional analogs of the rich interplay between Riemann surfaces, Virasoro and Kac‐Moody Lie algebras, and conformal blocks. We introduce a panoply of examples from physics — field theories that are holomorphic in nature, such as holomorphic Chern‐Simons ...

Precision tools for the simulation of double-Higgs production via vector-boson fusion
We present two precision tools for the simulation of Higgs-pair production via vector-boson fusion in the kappa framework for the parameterization of non-standard Higgs couplings.

Abstract figure legend The volume‐regulated anion channel (VRAC), composed of leucine‐rich repeat‐containing 8 (LRRC8) proteins, serves both canonical and non‐canonical functions in vertebrate cells. The canonical function of this channel relates to its original description, which is homeostatic regulation of cell volume in response to hypotonic ...

The paper discusses the role of scale anomaly in generating edge electric currents via the scale magnetic effect in scalar electrodynamics. Although the boundary electric current is much weaker than the Meissner current induced in superconducting materials, the scale anomaly can enhance conductivity near the boundary of the material.

Sensitivity to CP $$ \mathcal{CP} $$ -violating effective couplings in the top-Higgs sector
The observed baryon asymmetry of the Universe requires new sources of charge-parity ( CP $$ \mathcal{CP} $$ ) violation beyond those in the Standard Model.
