Flexoelectrically Induced Polar Topology in Twisted SrTiO3 Membranes

Twisted SrTiO3 bilayers host polar vortices of flexoelectric origin, revealed through combined experiment and theory. By reconstructing polarization from the toroidal moment of strain gradients, the work establishes a 3D chiral state with broken inversion and mirror symmetries.

Universal Conductance Fluctuations in Quantum Anomalous Hall Insulators

The Coupling of Ferroelectric Polarization and Oxygen Vacancy Migration Enables Electrically Controlled Thermal Memories

Ferroelectric Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 epitaxial thin films exhibit a non‐volatile, electrically controlled thermal conductivity enabled by the coupling between oxygen vacancy migration, acting as phonon scatterers, and ferroelectric polarization, acting as ion migration valve.

Minor physical anomalies in schizophrenia.

Minor Physical Anomalies have been described as a slight deviation in appearances from essential physical characteristics. Presence of multiple anomalies suggests a developmental deviation of ectodermal structures developing in the first trimester, also the time of development of the brain.

Why Is the Mechanism Underlying the Chiral‐Induced Selectivity Effect Still Challenging?
