A case report on potential postmortem redistribution of furanyl fentanyl and 4-ANPP
Forensic Science International, 2019Fatal intoxications due to accidental or voluntary intake of synthetic opioids represent an actual emerging issue. We report a case where we have analyzed furanyl fentanyl and its metabolite 4-anilino-N-phenetyl-piperidine (4-ANPP) in blood, urine, gastric content, bile and cerebrospinal fluid.

EFFECTS OF TEMPERATURE AND SOIL TEXTURE ON ANPP IN THE U.S. GREAT PLAINS
Ecology, 1997Aboveground net primary production (ANPP) in grassland ecosystems is positively related to mean annual precipitation (MAP). However, at any given level of precipitation, other factors may effect ANPP. Our objective was to determine the importance of temperature and soil texture in explaining ANPP in the Great Plains of the United States. We constructed

Distribution of furanyl fentanyl and 4-ANPP in an accidental acute death: A case report
Forensic Science International, 2018Fatalities from emerging synthetic opioids have continued to reach new epidemic proportions throughout the world in recent years. Due to the sparsity of research in new opioid analogs, commonly observed lethal concentrations and their distribution following death have yet to be well documented.

Precipitation is considered to be the primary resource limiting terrestrial biological activity in water-limited regions. Its overriding effect on the production of grassland is complex. In this paper, field data of 48 sites (including temperate meadow steppe, temperate steppe, temperate desert steppe and alpine meadow) were gathered from 31 published ...

Aplicabilidade do ANPP no tráfico privilegiado: desafios e perspectivas. [PDF]

ANPP ESTIMATES FROM NDVI FOR THE CENTRAL GRASSLAND REGION OF THE UNITED STATES
Ecology, 1997Several studies have suggested the existence of a positive relationship be- tween the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) derived from AVHRR/NOAA satellite data and either biomass or annual aboveground net primary production (ANPP) for different geographic areas and ecosystems. We calibrated a 4-yr average of the ingegral of the NDVI (NDVI-J)

ACUTE NEUROLOGIC/PSYCHIATRIC PRESENTATION [ANPP] IN HOSPITALIZED HIV INFECTED PATIENTS
Caliphate Medical Journal, 2015Background: There are limitations to diagnosing opportunistic infections and diseases etiologically in Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection in much of sub- Saharan Africa. World Health Organization advocates syndromic management approach although certain presentations may have adverse outcome.

Uncertainty about the effects of warming and grazing on soil nitrogen (N) availability, species composition, and aboveground net primary production (ANPP) limits our ability to predict how global carbon sequestration will vary under future warming with grazing in alpine regions.
