Modelling and analysis of the intersecting axis permanent magnet eddy‐current coupler
A speed regulator that can transmit torque between intersecting axes with non‐contact characteristics is proposed. The torque is generated by the magnetic force between magnets and induced eddy current, and the speed can be regulated by changing the air gap or coupling area.
