, 2019 U ovom diplomskom radu simulirane su četiri najčešće korištene topologije planarnih induktivnih senzora pomaka. Simulirane su kružne, meandar, mrežaste i kvadratne topologije zavojnica s različitim udaljenostima između zavoja senzora i s različitim brojem namota, ali istih dimenzija u jednakim graničnim uvjetima.
