Antenna Selection in High-Throughput Wireless LAN
1 This paper presents a new method for implementing antenna selection in high-throughput wireless LANs (WLANs), addressing two major practical concerns: antenna selection training protocol design, and calibration to solve RF imbalance problems ...

Scandium (Sc)‐doped AlCoCrFeMo HEA coatings are fabricated via flame spraying with 0.1, 0.3, and 0.5 wt% Sc additions. Among these, the HEA‐Sc0.3 coating exhibits the highest corrosion resistance, indicated by a more positive corrosion potential and lower current density.

Cathodic Cage Plasma Deposition of Nanostructured Cu–Fe–Se Coatings on Poly(methyl Methacrylate)
Nanostructured Cu–Fe–Se coatings are deposited on PMMA by a modified cathodic cage plasma process, enabling low‐temperature deposition on polymer substrates. A transition from discontinuous to compact morphology is observed with temperature, with optimal properties at 200°C, where improved CuFeSe2‐type bonding, lowest sheet resistance, and favorable ...

Capacity of MIMO channels with antenna selection
—This correspondence studies the capacity of multipleinput–multiple-output (MIMO) channels in the presence of antenna selection. Antenna selection reduces the complexity of the radio devices and requires only a small amount of channel state feedback. For

Asymptotic capacity gain of transmit antenna selection
Antenna selection provides a low-cost low complexity solution for MIMO systems, in particular transmit antenna selection exploits partial knowledge of the channel that can be made available without excessive feedback bandwidth.

Nondestructive Testing of Welded Composite Metal Foams
X‐ray computed tomography (CT) is used to evaluate welded steel–steel composite metal foam (CMF) joints of two density classes. It reports variation in postweld spatial void distribution and correlates it to weld‐induced changes, mechanical performance, and failure within welded CMF panels.
