A low-profile circularly-polarized sequential rotation fed $4\times 4$ array antenna working in the Ka-band from 27.5 GHz to 31 GHz is presented. The particularity of the antenna lies in its single-layer sequential rotation feed network implemented in ...

Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.

The development of the broadband antenna for ultrawideband (UWB) applications such as communications, imaging, radar, and localization is discussed. UWB systems are based on transmitting and receiving impulses with extremely wide spectra. As the antennas for UWB should have broad operating bandwidths for impedance matching and high-gain radiation in ...

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

RF communication with implantable wireless device: effects of beating heart on performance of miniature antenna [PDF]
The frequency response of an implantable antenna is key to the performance of a wireless implantable sensor. If the antenna detunes significantly, there are substantial power losses resulting in loss of accuracy.

Antenna Coding Empowered by Pixel Antennas
Pixel antennas, based on discretizing a continuous radiation surface into small elements called pixels, are a flexible reconfigurable antenna technology. By controlling the connections between pixels via switches, the characteristics of pixel antennas can be adjusted to enhance the wireless channel.

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.
