Anterior Segment Imaging – Anterior Chamber Angle Assessment [PDF]
Angle closure is a visually destructive form of glaucoma that accounts for approximately half of the worldwide blindness caused by this disease. Angle-closure glaucoma tends to occur in anatomically pre-disposed eyes, and the evaluation of the anterior segment morphology may help identify eyes at risk of angle closure.
