This study reveals a significant incidence (41.6%) of posterolateral tibial plateau fractures in patients with ACL tears in East China. It highlights the prevalence of types IIIA and IIIB fractures, particularly in older females, and their correlation with reduced functional recovery post‐ACL reconstruction.
