Laser‐induced graphene (LIG) provides a scalable, laser‐direct‐written route to porous graphene architecture with tunable chemistry and defect density. Through heterojunction engineering, catalytic functionalization, and intrinsic self‐heating, LIG achieves highly sensitive and selective detection of NOX, NH3, H2, and humidity, supporting next ...

In a randomized clinical trial, we test the potential of combined nicotinamide (NAM) and pyridoxine (PN) to improve muscle recovery through muscle stem cell (MuSC) activity. Daily oral NAM and PN supplementation after high intensity muscle contractions enhances MuSC activation and differentiation, and accelerates muscle regeneration, providing new ...

Prolonged knee pain relief by saphenous block (new technique)
Pain in the knee joint can be from a variety of reasons. It can be either from the joint itself, it can be myofascial or it can be neuropathy, radicular pain. The myofascial component can be in different forms, namely, collateral ligament pain, bursitis,

The results showed that the reduction of plasma 24‐hydroxycholesterol (24‐OHC) was related to the cognitive decline in elderly surgical patients. Neuroinflammation induced by anesthesia and surgery significantly downregulated SREBP2 in hippocampal reactive astrocytes, resulting in reduced cholesterol synthesis.

Single-Leg Squat Performance and Reported Pain within Youth Softball Players
The purpose of this study was to assess single-leg squat (SLS) performance on reported pain. Forty-two youth softball athletes (13.0 ± 2.0 years; 162.19 ± 9.75 cm; 60.80 ± 14.28 kg) completed a bilateral SLS and a health history ...

Upon NIR irradiation at 808 nm, the activity of TRPV4 was inhibited by M2M@BPSC, which led to reduced calcium influx, mitochondrial protection, and, importantly, the transcriptional activation of the STAT6‐EGR2 pathway. The improved macrophage function indirectly readjusts the equilibrium between C‐ECM and F‐ECM to reconstruct a suitable ...

A dual‐targeting strategy to rejuvenate aged tendons. A reactive oxygen species (ROS)‐responsive hydrogel co‐delivers a selenium nanozyme (scavenges ROS) and a STING inhibitor to tendon stem cells. This combined action restores mitochondria–nucleus communication, alleviates cellular senescence, and rejuvenates tendon regeneration, offering a novel ...

A Fully Self‐Powered Digital Wearable System for the Auxiliary Treatment of Plantar Fasciitis
This study reports a system‐level fully self‐powered digital wearable system (FS‐DWS) for the auxiliary treatment of plantar fasciitis. By integrating arch support, energy harvesting, wearable sensing, and machine learning‐driven closed‐loop visualized feedback, the system enables effective plantar pressure reduction and self‐powered, real‐time plantar
