Venous Hemangioma of the Anterior Mediastinum

We report a rare case of venous hemangioma (VH) of the anterior mediastinum in a 56-year-old man admitted to our hospital because of hematemesis. Systemic examinations were performed and chest computer tomography (CT) revealed a 1.5-cm sized small nodule with contrast enhancement in the thymus.
