Explaining Burden Reduction in Municipal Service Delivery: The Case of Streamlined Electric Vehicle Charger Permitting in California

open access: yesPublic Administration Review, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Administrative burdens are deliberate policy choices, as governments can proactively design rules and procedures to shape burdens experienced by citizens. While existing research has examined the effects of burden reduction strategies, less is known about the factors driving burden reduction actions at the local level.

ارزیابی دامنه حرکتی و قدرت چرخش داخلی و خارجی شانه به عنوان فاکتور مؤثر در دررفتگی مکرر قدامی شانه [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014

Antioxidant supplementation blunts the proteome response to 3 weeks of sprint interval training preferentially in human type 2 muscle fibres

open access: yesThe Journal of Physiology, EarlyView.
Abstract figure legend Sprint interval training (SIT) is a popular time‐efficient type of endurance training. Healthy young men performed nine SIT sessions (4–6 × 30 s all‐out cycling sprints) over 3 weeks while being supplemented with antioxidants (high doses of vitamins C and E) or placebo. Muscle biopsies taken before and after the first SIT session

Audit on necessity of radiographs in anterior shoulder dislocations

open access: yesJournal of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, 2008
Background and Purpose: Anterior shoulder dislocation is the most common major joint dislocation. In most cases, this dislocation is being relocated in emergency departments. Routinely, pre and post reduction radiographs are performed.

Identification of Multilayer Packaging Materials by Selective Dissolution and Precipitation With Minimal Concentration of Solvents, FTIR, and DSC for Mechanical Recycling

open access: yesJournal of Applied Polymer Science, Volume 143, Issue 8, February 20, 2026.
Methodology for identifying multilayer packaging materials using selective dissolution and precipitation technique, microscopy, FTIR, and DSC. ABSTRACT Environmental problems related to waste accumulation have encouraged recycling, especially of polymers, such as multilayer packaging, which is hardly recycled because it consists of distinct materials ...

Arthroscopic Bankart Repair and Remplissage Procedure in Patients with Recurrent Anterior Glenohumeral Dislocation with Bipolar Bone Lesions Had Low Recurrence Rate with Good Clinical Outcome

open access: yesFormosan Journal of Musculoskeletal Disorders
Background: Patient with recurrent shoulder dislocation suffered from shoulder instability and motion limitation. A combination of Bankart lesions and Hill-Sachs defects represented the Bipolar shoulder lesions which can cause the shoulder recurrent ...

Enhanced Switching Performance in Single‐Crystalline PbTiO3 Ferroelectric Memristors for Replicating Synaptic Plasticity

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, Volume 36, Issue 10, 2 February 2026.
This study demonstrated single‐crystalline PbTiO3‐based memristors with atomically sharp interfaces, well‐ordered lattices, and minimal lattice mismatch. The devices exhibited an ON/OFF ratio exceeding 105, high stability, and rich resistance‐state modulation.

Figure‐of‐Eight Stabilizing Shoulder Taping Combined With Ultrasound‐Guided Exercise Therapy for Traumatic Recurrent Massive Rotator Cuff Tear: A Case Report

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 2, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Figure‐of‐eight stabilizing shoulder taping immediately reduced pain and restored joint centering in a patient with traumatic recurrent massive rotator cuff tear. When combined with real‐time ultrasound‐guided exercise therapy, it facilitated selective posterior cuff activation and enabled short‐term functional recovery, offering a feasible ...
