Arthroscopic Anterior Shoulder Stabilization With Incorporation of a Comminuted Bony Bankart Lesion. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Bony Bankart lesions are a common finding in patients with anterior glenohumeral dislocation. Although there are no defined guidelines, small bony Bankart fractures are typically treated arthroscopically with suture anchors.

Concomitant Coracoid Process Fracture with Bony Bankart Lesion Treated with the Latarjet Procedure [PDF]

open access: yesClinics in Shoulder and Elbow, 2020
Bony lesions of the glenoid and Hill-Sachs lesions are the most common injuries after a first-time traumatic shoulder dislocation. However, fracture of the coracoid process after traumatic shoulder dislocation is rare.

In children 18 years and under, what promotes recurrent shoulder instability after traumatic anterior shoulder dislocation? A systematic review and meta-analysis of risk factors [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
Background Skeletal maturity and age-related changes in the composition of the glenoid labrum and joint capsule may influence rates of recurrent instability in children.

Traumaatiline õlaliigese eesmine nihestus [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
Traumaatiline õlaliigese eesmine nihestus (TÕEN) on kõige sagedasem liigesenihestus inimesel. Korduva nihestuse tekke oht on eriti suur noortel aktiivsetel inimestel, kirjanduse andmetel esimese kahe aasta jooksul kuni 87%-l.

Relationship of the medial clavicular head to the manubrium in normal and symptomatic degenerated sternoclavicular joints [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
Background: Clavicular prominence is common in patients with symptomatic degenerative sternoclavicular arthritis. It is unclear if this is caused by enlargement or subluxation of the clavicle.

Arthroscopic Glenoid Bone Grafting With Soft Fixation for Recurrent Anterior Shoulder Dislocation

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, 2020
Glenoid bone defect is a common structural deficiency in cases of recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation. Glenoid bone grafting is an effective method to address glenoid defect and promote labrum regeneration.

Atomic‐Level Dual‐Cation Engineering Enables High‐Performance Na4VMn(PO4)3 Cathodes for Sodium‐Ion Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Dual‐cation site engineering unlocks stable and fast sodium storage in Na4VMn(PO4)3 cathodes. Li+ at Na2 suppresses Jahn‐Teller distortion, while K+ at Na1 expands ion channels, enabling synchronized V/Mn redox and quasi‐single‐phase kinetics. This atomic‐level strategy achieves ultralong cycling stability, high‐rate capability, and full cell viability
