We have developed a glucose‐triggered on‐demand drug delivery CF‐CPGaMPN hydrogel based on borate ester bonds. Non‐Targeting shRNA‐Encoded Plasmid DNA Enhances Protective Immunity Through RIDD‐RIG‐I Signaling Pathway in the Zika Virus Animal Model

We present a novel DNA vaccine platform featuring intrinsic, non‐targeting dsRNA that significantly enhances immune responses by activating the regulated IRE1‐dependent decay‐RIG‐I signaling pathway. This research elucidates a previously uncharacterized mechanism for dsRNA‐mediated innate immune activation.

The Gut Commensal Butyricimonas Virosa Modulates Gut Microbiota‐Dependent Thiamine Metabolism and Attenuates Mouse Steatotic Liver Disease

This study reveals that dietary stachyose enriches Butyricimonas virosa, effectively attenuating metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). Mechanistically, B. virosa enhances gut thiamine monophosphate synthesis, which elevates hepatic thiamine pyrophosphate levels.
