Targeting the NR3C1‐ACSL4 Axis Triggers Ferroptosis to Overcome Radioresistance in Prostate Cancer
The glucocorticoid receptor NR3C1 drives prostate cancer radioresistance by upregulating ACSL4. High ACSL4 levels create a lipid metabolic vulnerability. The clinical agent DHA synergizes with ACSL4 to induce lipid peroxidation and ferroptosis, effectively overcoming radioresistance.
