Antibody targeting of mutant calreticulin in myeloproliferative neoplasms
AbstractMutations in calreticulin are one of the key disease‐initiating mutations in myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN). In MPN, mutant calreticulin translates with a novel C‐terminus that leads to aberrant binding to the extracellular domain of the thrombopoietin receptor, MPL.

Antiphospholipid antibodies and the risk of thrombosis in myeloproliferative neoplasms
Abstract The morbidity and mortality of BCR-ABL-negative myeloproliferative neoplasia (MPN) patients is highly dependent on thrombosis that may be affected by antiphospholipid antibodies (aPLA) and lupus anticoagulant. Our aim was to evaluate the association of the aPLA together with platelet receptor glycoprotein (GP) Ia/IIa c.807C>T

Investigating the association between neoplasms and MOG antibody-associated disease
IntroductionThe association of myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) antibody associated disease (MOGAD) and tumors has seldom been reported. We aim to investigate the occurrence of tumors in a cohort of patients with MOGAD and to describe their clinical features, in addition to previously reported cases.MethodsWe retrospectively identified ...

A33 shows similar sensitivity to but is more specific than CDX2 as an immunomarker of colorectal carcinoma [PDF]
Aims: CDX2 is widely used as a sensitive and specific immunomarker for colorectal carcinoma (CRC) but neither this sensitivity nor specificity is absolute. This study is the first known comparison of CDX1 and A33 against CDX2 as immunomarkers for CRC.
