AbstractWe have tested the insect antifeedant and toxic activity of 21 C20 diterpenoid alkaloids on Spodoptera littoralis and Leptinotarsa decemlineata. The antifeedant effects of the test compounds were structure‐ and species‐dependent. Abstract Ethanolic extracts of fresh neem seeds were formulated as aqueous suspensions and defatted ground neem kernels were formulated as non‐wettable dusts for greenhouse studies with fall army‐worm larvae, Spodoptera frugiperda (J.
