Discovery of a Ferromagnetic Nickel Chalcogenide Nanocluster Ni3S3H(PEt3)5
This study presents the synthesis and characterization of a novel nickel chalcogenide nanocluster, with ferromagnetic properties and strong coercivity. A combination of ion mobility‐mass spectrometry, density functional theory, and spectroscopic techniques provide the first structural insights into this ligated nanocluster and the origin of its ...

Exchange Bias in La0.67Sr0.33MnO3/YFeO3 Ferromagnet/Antiferromagnet Multilayer Heterostructures
Exchange bias is demonstrated in perovskite‐structured ferromagnet/antiferromagnet (La0.67Sr0.33MnO3/YFeO3)n heterostructures grown on (100) SrTiO3 substrates, and a spin valve consisting of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3/SrTiO3/La0.67Sr0.33MnO3/YFeO3 shows stable remanent configurations resulting from pinning of the upper La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 layer by the YFeO3.

By controlling the Cr intercalant (δ) in Cr1+δTe2, the topological Hall effect (THE) amplitude (ρTHEpeak$\rho_{\text{THE}}^{\text{peak}}$) and Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction strength can be tuned, revealing a strong correlation between them. Moreover, the largest ρTHEpeak$\rho_{\text{THE}}^{\text{peak}}$ of 2.75 μΩ⋅cm$2.75 \text{ &amp ...

Physically Unclonable Function Utilizing Stochastic Indirect Exchange Interaction
A physically unclonable function (PUF) utilizes manufacturing variations to create secret keys. This study proposes a spin–orbit torque PUF model based on the Ruderman–Kittel–Kasuya–Yosida interaction. It features near‐ideal properties that can operate under zero magnetic field and varying temperatures.

Emergent Epitaxial Configuration of Pr3IrO7 Domains via YSZ (111) Substrate
Epitaxial growth of Pr3IrO7, with its highly anisotropic structure, on a (111)‐oriented Yttrium‐stabilized ZrO2 (YSZ) substrate leads to distinctive domain configurations. This domain arrangement gives rise to spin‐glass behavior, markedly different from bulk materials, highlighting the impact of reduced dimensionality and substrate interaction.
