Voclosporin‐induced gingival enlargement: A case report
Abstract Background Drug‐influenced gingival enlargement (DIGE) is a recognized adverse effect of certain medications, particularly immunosuppressants like cyclosporin and tacrolimus. However, there have been no documented cases of DIGE associated with voclosporin, a newer calcineurin inhibitor used primarily to treat lupus nephritis.

A case report: Diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic hypertrophic pachymeningitis
We reported a case of idiopathic hypertrophic dura meningitis diagnosed in our hospital. The patient repeatedly suffered from headaches, followed by blurred vision in the right eye. During this period, multiple sclerosis was considered for diagnosis, and it improved after hormone treatment.

Hereditary hypofibrinogenemia: A rare cause of chronic liver disease
Abstract Hypofibrinogenemia is characterized by low levels of fibrinogen with patients commonly presenting asymptomatically. This report discusses a case of hereditary hypofibrinogenemia manifesting as chronic liver disease in a 2‐year‐old male who was evaluated for elevated liver enzymes and skin/soft tissue bleeding.
