Antiproton induced reactions [PDF]

open access: yesCzechoslovak Journal of Physics, 1994
The various aspects of antiproton physics are shortly reviewed, and its relevance for the possible discovery of new particles and effects is pointed out. Then a survey of the nucleon-antinucleon interactions is given. In the nucleon-antinucleon annihilations, there is a big amount of experimental data that call for theoretical explanation.

Extrem neutronenreicher Sauerstoffkern

open access: yesPhysik in unserer Zeit, Volume 56, Issue 1, Page 38-44, January 2025.

Antiproton charge radius [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
Taking advantage of the new Extra Low ENergy Antiprotons (ELENA) ring and anti-proton decelerating facility at CERN, the authors propose to measure the Lamb shift of anti-hydrogen.

A method to polarise antiprotons in storage rings and create polarised antineutrons

open access: yes, 2009
An intense circularely polarised photon beam interacts with a cooled antiproton beam in a storage ring. Due to spin dependent absorption cross sections for the reaction gamma+antiproton > pi- + antineutron a built-up of polarisation of the stored ...

Limits on dark matter from AMS-02 antiproton and positron fraction data [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
We derive limits on the dark matter annihilation cross section and lifetime using measurements of the AMS-02 antiproton ratio and positron fraction data.

Production of Hypernuclei by Antiprotons [PDF]

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2018
The production of hypernuclei is investigated for p̅+A→Λ‾+ΛA reactions in a covariant meson exchange approach. Besides the conventional pseudo-scalar (K) and vector (K*) channels, we study for the first time also contributions from the correlated πK scalar channel, described by the k/K*0 meson.

Heavy Quarkonium States With Baryonic Chemical Potential

open access: yesAdvances in High Energy Physics, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
In this work, we have studied the dissociation behavior of 1S and 2S states of quarkonium using quasiparticle approach where the Debye mass depends on baryonic chemical potential. The binding energies of the quarkonium states has been obtained by using quasiparticle Debye mass which further depends on temperature and baryonic chemical potential (μb ...

Production of Λc+ hypernuclei in antiproton–nucleus collisions

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2017
We investigate the production of charm-baryon hypernucleus OΛc+16 in the antiproton–O16 collisions within a fully covariant model that is based on an effective Lagrangian approach.
