ABSTRACT Introduction Anti‐reflux mucosectomy (ARMS) and anti‐reflux mucosal ablation (ARMA) are novel endoscopic treatments for proton pump inhibitor or potassium‐competitive acid blocker‐refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease. The Milan score performed similarly well in the identification of GERD in both LPS and typical symptoms. The Milan score could therefore be used as an upfront test in LPS patients.
