Glomus iranicum var. Tenuihypharum as a Biofertilizer Modulates Soil Microbial Community Composition and Enhances Soil Carbon Dynamics in Nectarine Cultivation

open access: yesJournal of Sustainable Agriculture and Environment, Volume 5, Issue 3, September 2026.
ABSTRACT The development of biofertilization strategies based on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) represents a promising approach to enhance crop productivity and soil health while reducing the environmental footprint of conventional fertilization. This study evaluated the effects of Glomus iranicum var.

Estimating Angle of Arrival (AOA) for Wideband Signal by Sensor Delay Line (SDL) and Tapped Delay Line (TDL) Processors

open access: yesJournal of Engineering, 2018
Angle of arrival (AOA) estimation for wideband signal becomes more necessary for modern communication systems like Global System for Mobile (GSM), satellite, military applications and spread spectrum (frequency hopping and direct sequence).

Seroprevalence and Presumed Bovine Leukaemia Virus and Coxiella burnetii Coinfections in Three Dairy Cattle Herds From the Al Ain Region, United Arab Emirates

open access: yesVeterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 12, Issue 5, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Bovine leukaemia virus (BLV) and Coxiella burnetii are important infectious pathogens of dairy cattle with potential implications for animal health, productivity and zoonotic transmission (in the case of C. burnetii). Because BLV may alter immune function, we hypothesize that infection with the virus could increase cattle ...

Serpentine Biocrust Microbes Maintain Nitrogen Cycling Under Drought and Heavy Metal Stress

open access: yesEcological Research, Volume 41, Issue 5, September 2026.
This study highlights the complex interplay between soil geochemistry and moisture availability in shaping microbial communities within wetter and drier serpentine and non‐serpentine biological soil crusts. It demonstrates that both factors influence the structure of nitrogen‐cycling microbial communities and the processes they mediate.

Parental Educational Attainment at Birth and Biomarkers of Male Fecundity: A Study From the Danish National Birth Cohort

open access: yesAndrology, Volume 14, Issue 6, Page 1560-1569, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Low parental education is associated with poorer offspring health, but its influence on male fecundity remains unclear. Objective To study the association between parental educational attainment at birth and biomarkers of male fecundity in young men and to explore whether this association is mediated by maternal smoking in pregnancy

A Large‐Scale Study on the Relation Between Multilingualism and Social Traits in Adults With and Without Autism Diagnoses

open access: yesAutism Research, Volume 19, Issue 8, August 2026.
ABSTRACT Autism Spectrum Disorder is a neurodevelopmental condition characterized by persistent difficulties in social interaction and communication alongside restricted, repetitive patterns of behavior, interests, or activities. Emerging evidence suggests that bi/multilingualism may enhance social interaction skills, yet prior research has largely ...

Integrated Phytochemical and Pharmacological Investigation of Mentha aquatica L.: Anti‐Inflammatory, Analgesic, and Safety Evidence From In Vivo Studies

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 14, Issue 8, August 2026.
Mentha aquatica decocted extract contained mainly phenolic acids and showed a favorable oral safety profile in mice, with no significant subacute toxicity. Intraperitoneal administration caused dose‐dependent toxicity. The extract exhibited significant dose‐dependent anti‐inflammatory and analgesic activities in rodent models, supporting its potential ...
