We propose a new cannulation and perfusion technique for aortic arch surgery, in order to achieve continuous antegrade total-body perfusion under moderate hypothermia. The heart and the aortic arch are exposed through a median sternotomy. Cardiopulmonary bypass is established from the right atrium to the right axillary artery.
