Prenatally Diagnosed 7q11.23 Copy Number Variations: A Retrospective Case Series
Prenatal 7q11.23 CNVs exhibit 100% ultrasound anomalies in deletions (cardiovascular defects, growth restriction) and 50% in duplications.
