Wildlife Society Bulletin, EarlyView.In this study, we explored bait preference of wild pigs (Sus scrofa), a highly invasive species where primary removal efforts include the use of bait and corral‐style trapping. In addition, we investigated preferences of a common nontarget to identify a bait that is preferred by wild pigs and not by white‐tailed deer (Odocoileus virginianus).
