Precautionary Saving against Correlation under Risk and Ambiguitya
Journal of Money, Credit and Banking, EarlyView.Abstract This paper considers precautionary saving against the correlation between two risky attributes (wealth and health) and investigates how the correlation affects optimal savings under multivariate preferences.
