Juxtaposition of the atrial appendages is a rare congenital cardiac anomaly almost universally associated with severe conotruncal abnormalities, especially transposition of the aorta. This presentation describes a case of right sided juxtaposition of the atrial appendages without concomitant conotruncal malformations.
