CT Versus Ultrasound in Young Women With Right Iliac Fossa Pain: A Single‐Centre Retrospective Study

In young women with right iliac fossa pain, CTs have a higher positive predictive value for appendicitis than ultrasounds. They also correlate better with raised inflammatory markers.
