A non‐filamentary self‐rectifying HfO2/TiOx resistive random‐access memory integrates H2 annealing with an incremental step pulse with verify algorithm to achieve stable and linear analog conductance modulation. The device enables low‐current 6‐bit multilevel operation while suppressing sneak current in crossbar arrays. Implemented in Transformer‐based

Structural Colors from Modulated Topological Defects in Molecular Smectic Liquid Crystals
Rather than using dyes and pigments, nature produces the colors of some butterflies and beetles through optical interference phenomena. This study describes an original biomimetic strategy exploiting the spontaneous formation of modulated linear defects in thin films of 8CB, a common molecular liquid crystal.

A rigid‑flexible integrated CO depot is engineered by embedding rigid COFQDs into a flexible ECM gel network. The rigid framework enables high‑capacity CO storage and sonodynamic bacterial killing, while the flexible ECM gel controls sustained CO release, collectively eradicating multidrug‑resistant infection and promoting scarless healing.

A previously unrecognized IRE1‐XBP1s‐Slc6a4 signaling axis links endoplasmic reticulum stress to serotonin metabolism, autophagy, and inflammatory osteoclastogenesis. By promoting intracellular serotonin uptake and reducing endogenous 3‐methyladenine accumulation, this pathway accelerates inflammatory bone destruction and provides a promising ...

Revealing the Giant Electromechanical Effects in Yttria‐Stabilized Zirconia Single Crystal
Giant electromechanical responses are uncovered in yttria‐stabilized zirconia single crystal (SC‐YSZ), exhibiting pronounced orientation dependence. The giant electrostriction and piezoelectricity are directly correlated with the long‐range transport kinetics of oxygen vacancies.

The nanoparticle loading enables effective control over the liquid domain size in bicontinuous interfacially jammed emulsion gels (bijels) produced through solvent‐transfer induced phase separation (STrIPS). The relationship between the nanoparticle loading and domain size profiles in STrIPS bijels is resolved through confocal microscopy and explained ...

PTEN knockdown activates AKT phosphorylation, promoting Nrf2 nuclear translocation and STAT3 activation, which upregulates GPX4 and antioxidant enzymes HO‐1, SOD1, SOD2, and NQO1. These coordinated changes reduce lipid peroxidation and ROS, inhibit ferroptosis, and ultimately ameliorate cognitive impairment in APP/PS1 transgenic mice, highlighting a ...

Nanoscale Confinement Enhances Ultrafast Demagnetization
Next generation spintronics may depend on successfully combining femtosecond spin dynamics with nanoscale device miniaturization. We address this by systematically studying the effect of nanoscale confinement on the femtosecond demagnetization of Iron. By combining ultrafast experiments sensitive to spins, charge carriers, and phonons, we uncover a nm ...
