Disturb‐Resilient and Wake‐up‐Free 2T‐MFMFET Array for Storage and Computing Applications
A disturb‐resilient and wake‐up‐free 2T‐MFMFET array fabricated using a FeRAM‐compatible process demonstrates excellent uniformity, a large memory window, and 3‐bit multi‐level‐cell storage capability. A newly proposed hybrid in‐memory computing scheme further enables accurate multiply–accumulate operations with minimal refresh overhead, highlighting ...

Learning Highly Dynamic Skills Transition for Quadruped Jumping Through Constrained Space
A quadruped robot masters dynamic jumps through constrained spaces with animal‐inspired moves and intelligent vision control. This hierarchical learning approach combines imitation of biological agility with real‐time trajectory planning. Although legged animals are capable of performing explosive motions while traversing confined spaces, replicating ...

This diagram illustrates that night shift work disrupts circadian clock genes (like CLOCK, BMAL1) in both humans and mice. This disruption leads to mitochondrial dysfunction (imbalanced fusion/fission proteins) and increased oxidative stress, which is identified as the primary mechanism ultimately causing elevated blood pressure.

PDIA6–SCD1 Axis Rewires Lipid Metabolism to Drive Gastric Cancer Progression
Protein disulfide isomerase A6 (PDIA6) is identified as an oncogenic driver in gastric cancer. PDIA6 directly binds and stabilizes SCD1 by limiting its ubiquitin–proteasome‐mediated degradation, thereby sustaining monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA)‐enriched lipid homeostasis and lipid metabolic reprogramming.

In response to hypertrophic stimuli, increased c‑JUN phosphorylation upregulates RNF115, leading to SPTBN1 ubiquitination and degradation. which promotes F‑actin depolymerization and YAP activation, driving cardiac hypertrophy. The RNF115 inhibitor DTD effectively suppresses SPTBN1 ubiquitination and cardiac hypertrophy.

ANXA2+ sEVs promote cisplatin resistance in ATC by stabilizing the SRC/LDHA interaction, increasing LDHA phosphorylation and activity, and lactate production. Elevated lactate levels promote KAT5‐mediated lactylation of XRCC5 at lysine 265, enhancing its binding to XRCC6.

This work visualizes local variations in luminescence and relates them to nanoscale chemical inhomogeneities in single InxGa1−xN quantum wells. We demonstrate that the elemental segregation is only inherent to quantum wells with high indium content. Density functional theory shows this to be the result of strain‐induced phase stabilization, explaining ...

LRRC4 suppresses GBM by regulating AP2A1‐containing Golgi‐derived clathrin‐coated vesicles. Low LRRC4 allows cytoplasmic AP2A1 to maintain mitochondrial fission‐fusion, MICOS integrity, and OXPHOS, promoting proliferation and invasion. High LRRC4 redirects AP2A1‐containing Golgi‐derived clathrin‐coated vesicles to mitochondria, disrupts MICOS, enhances
