Single‐Pulse Femtosecond Laser 3D Multi‐Foci Light‐Field Engineering via Multi‐Layer Noise Threshold Filtering

This study presents a single‐pulse femtosecond laser strategy for three‐dimensional multi‐foci light‐field shaping and high‐throughput micro/nano manufacturing. The multi‐layer noise threshold filtering algorithm improves focal quality, while the multi‐layer over‐sampling algorithm increases focal density.

Drift Reduction in 2D PtSe2 Piezoresistive Pressure Sensors Through an On‐Chip Wheatstone Bridge

Drift is a major source of error affecting the accuracy and repeatability of sensors. A Wheatstone bridge (WSB) enables high sensitivity, accuracy, and the elimination of common‐mode drift. We apply the WSB concept to highly sensitive piezoresistive pressure sensors made with two‐dimensional layered platinum diselenide transducers.
