Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Writing Reusable Digital Geometry Algorithms in a Generic Image Processing Framework
Digital Geometry software should reflect the generality of the underlying mathe- matics: mapping the latter to the former requires genericity. By designing generic solutions, one can effectively reuse digital geometry data structures and algorithms.

Mathematical programming with multiple sets split monotone variational inclusion constraints [PDF]
In this paper, we first study a hierarchical problem of Baillon’s type, and we study a strong convergence theorem of this problem. For the special case of this convergence theorem, we obtain a strong convergence theorem for the ergodic theorem of Baillon’

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Application of Discrete Mathematics for Programming Discrete Mathematics Calculations
In the discrete mathematics courses, topics, such as the calculation of the element in any position of a sequence of numbers generated by some recurrence relation, calculation of multiplicative inverses in algebraic ring structures modulo a number n, obtaining the complete list of combinations without repetition, for which you can take advantage of the

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.
