Nucleotides as an Anti‐Aging Supplementation in Older Adults: A Randomized Controlled Trial (TALENTs study)

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The TALENTs randomized controlled trial evaluates the potential of nucleotides supplementation as an anti‐aging intervention in older adults. After 19 weeks, nucleotides supplementation significantly reduces DNA methylation age, suggesting a delay in epigenetic aging, and improves insulin sensitivity without severe adverse events.

Microneedle Patch for In Situ Neutrophil Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An in situ chromogenic microneedle patch that achieves daily blood neutrophil monitoring without vascular invasion or laboratory apparatus is developed. The detection ability is well demonstrated in a chemotherapy‐induced neutropenic rat model and can be read out using a mobile phone application.

Oxytocin‐Mediate Modulation of Splenic Immunosuppression in Chronic Social Stress Through Neuroendocrine Pathways

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Chronic social stress elevates oxytocin levels, leading to immunosuppression by enhancing regulatory T‐cell activity and promoting anti‐inflammatory macrophage polarization in the spleen. Blocking oxytocin signaling reverses these effects but worsens stress‐induced behavioral disorders and reduces survival rates. This highlights oxytocin's dual role in

Nanogenerator Neuromodulation to Enable Locomotion Rehabilitation for Spinal Cord Injury via Epidural Electrical Stimulation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A hybrid nanogenerator (H‐NG) has been developed to be applied in epidural electrical stimulation (EES). Compared with a commercial stimulus generator (SG), the H‐NG can elicit hindlimb locomotion in rats with much lower electrical parameters and much smaller individual differences.
