We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Improving approximation by switching between two error functions
The key to designing a LED luminaire is the choice of secondary optics. The design process can be improved using analytical models and optimization tools. A modified approximation error (evaluation function) is introduced in the standard analytical model

STATIONARY STOCHASTIC INPUT FLOW MODELING OF BRANCHED CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
The object of research is stochastic stationary input material flow of a conveyor-type transport system. Subject of research is a method for generating realizations of a stationary stochastic input flow of material on the basis of experimental data. The

Interval estimation of trigonometrical splines [PDF]
Quite often, it is necessary to quickly determine variation range of the function. If the function values are known at some points, then it is easy to construct the local spline approximation of this function and use the interval analysis rules.

A comprehensive genomic and proteomic analysis of cervical cancer revealed STK11 and STX3 as a potential biomarkers of chemoradiation resistance. Our study demonstrated EGFR as a therapeutic target, paving the way for precision strategies to overcome treatment failure and the DNA repair pathway as a critical mechanism of resistance.

Synthesis of approximation errors
A method is developed for the synthesis of the error in approximations in the large of regular and irregular functions. The synthesis uses a small class of dimensionless elementary error functions which are weighted by the coefficients of the expansion of the regular part of the function.

Density Problem and Approximation Error in Learning Theory
We study the density problem and approximation error of reproducing kernel Hilbert spaces for the purpose of learning theory. For a Mercer kernel on a compact metric space (, ), a characterization for the generated reproducing kernel Hilbert space (RKHS)
