Weighted Spaces of Holomorphic Functions on Banach Spaces and the Approximation Property
In this paper, we study the linearization theorem for the weighted space Hw(U ; F ) of holomorphic functions defined on an open subset U of a Banach space E with values in a Banach space F.

This study develops a semi‐supervised classifier integrating multi‐genomic data (1404 training/5893 validation samples) to improve homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) detection in breast cancer. Our method demonstrates prognostic value and predicts chemotherapy/PARP inhibitor sensitivity in HRD+ tumours.

Landscape of BRAF transcript variants in human cancer
We investigate the annotation of BRAF variants, focusing on protein‐coding BRAF‐220 (formerly BRAF‐reference) and BRAF‐204 (BRAF‐X1). The IsoWorm pipeline allows us to quantify these variants in human cancer, starting from RNA‐sequencing data. BRAF‐204 is more abundant than BRAF‐220 and impacts patient survival.

This study investigates gene expression differences between two major pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) subtypes, B‐cell precursor ALL, and T‐cell ALL, using a data‐driven approach consisting of biostatistics and machine learning methods. Following analysis of a discovery dataset, we find a set of 14 expression markers differentiating the ...

Approximation properties of simple Lie groups made discrete [PDF]
In this paper we consider the class of connected simple Lie groups equipped with the discrete topology. We show that within this class of groups the following approximation properties are equivalent: (1) the Haagerup property; (2) weak amenability; (3 ...

Approximation properties of beta operators
A localization theorem for beta approximation operators \(\beta_ n\) \((n=1,2,...)\) (introduced and discussed in the author's Thesis ''Study of some distributional and integral transforms'', Ph.D. Thesis, Kumaun University, Nainital, India, chap. IX): \(\beta_ n(f;x)=\int^{\infty}_{0}b_ n(x,u)f(u^{-1})du,\) where \(b_ n(x,u)=\frac{x^ n}{B(n,n)}\frac{u^

In patients treated with atezolizumab as a part of the MyPathway (NCT02091141) trial, pre‐treatment ctDNA tumor fraction at high levels was associated with poor outcomes (radiographic response, progression‐free survival, and overall survival) but better sensitivity for blood tumor mutational burden (bTMB).

An Approximation Property and the Sphere of L1
The author gives a very elementary and short proof that any infinite dimensional \(L^1\) space does not satisfy the following property: A normed linear space \(E\) is said to have property \(P\) if for every \(\varepsilon>0\), there is a \(\delta>0\) such that, for every \(x\in E\), there is a \(z\in E\) with \(\|z\|\leq\varepsilon\) such that \(\|y ...
