Approximation properties of β-expansions [PDF]
Let $ \in(1,2)$ and $x\in [0,\frac{1}{ -1}]$. We call a sequence $( _{i})_{i=1}^\infty\in\{0,1\}^{\mathbb{N}}$ a $ $-expansion for $x$ if $x=\sum_{i=1}^{\infty} _{i} ^{-i}$. We call a finite sequence $( _{i})_{i=1}^{n}\in\{0,1\}^{n}$ an $n$-prefix for $x$ if it can be extended to form a $ $-expansion of $x$.

Approximation Properties in Felbin Fuzzy Normed Spaces
In this paper, approximation properties in Felbin fuzzy normed spaces are considered. These approximation properties are new concepts in Felbin fuzzy normed spaces.

The bounded approximation property of variable Lebesgue spaces and nuclearity [PDF]
In this paper we prove the bounded approximation property for variable exponent Lebesgue spaces, study the concept of nuclearity on such spaces and apply it to trace formulae such as the Grothendieck-Lidskii formula.

A Note on Generalized Approximation Property
We introduce a notion of generalized approximation property, which we refer to as --AP possessed by a Banach space , corresponding to an arbitrary Banach sequence space and a convex subset of , the class of bounded linear operators on .

On approximation of homomorphisms of algebras of entire functions on Banach spaces
It is known due to R. Aron, B. Cole and T. Gamelin that every complex homomorphism of the algebra of entire functions of bounded type on a Banach space $X$ can be approximated in some sense by a net of point valued homomorphism. In this paper we consider

Deep Stochastic Configuration Networks with Universal Approximation Property
This paper develops a randomized approach for incrementally building deep neural networks, where a superviso- ry mechanism is proposed to constrain the random assignment of the weights and biases, and all the hidden layers have direct links to the output

THE PROPERTIES OF ROUGH APPROXIMATIONS [PDF]
Summary: We investigated the properties of rough approximations induced by two families of preordered sets and closure systems. We study the relations among the lower and upper rough approximations, closure and interior systems, preordered sets.

A complete characterization of connected Lie groups with the Approximation Property [PDF]
We give a complete characterization of connected Lie groups with the Approximation Property for groups (AP). To this end, we introduce a strengthening of property (T), that we call property (T*), which is a natural obstruction to the AP.

Approximation properties of -expansions II [PDF]
Let $\unicode[STIX]{x1D6FD}\in (1,2)$ be a real number. For a function $\unicode[STIX]{x1D6F9}:\mathbb{N}\rightarrow \mathbb{R}_{\geq 0}$, define $W_{\unicode[STIX]{x1D6FD}}(\unicode[STIX]{x1D6F9})$ to be the set of $x\in \mathbb{R}$ such that for infinitely many $n\in \mathbb{N},$ there exists a sequence $(\unicode[STIX]{x1D716}_{i})_{i=1}^{n}\in \{0 ...
