A new spider species Zelotes abdurakhmanovi sp. n. (Gnaphosidae) is described from the North-East Pre-Caspian region (Tyub Karagan Cape, Kulaly Island, Kazakhstan). This new species belongs to the puritanus species group and close to Mediterranean Z.
