Farinhas e amidos de pinhão (Araucaria angustiofolia) foram extraídos, caracterizadas e avaliadas por TG-DTA e DSC. As curvas TG das farinhas são similares à do amido, excetuando à DTA deste que possui um evento exotérmico mais intenso a 532 ºC.
