Simulation analysis of intermittent arc grounding fault applying with improved cybernetic arc model
Intermittent arc grounding fault frequently occurs in non-solidly earthed networks. Establishing an accurate arc model is the basis for analysis of fault characteristics.

Assessing MMA Welding Process Stability Using Machine Vision-Based Arc Features Tracking System
Arc length is a crucial parameter of the manual metal arc (MMA) welding process, as it influences the arc voltage and the resulting welded joint. In the MMA method, the process’ stability is mainly controlled by the skills of a welder. According to that,

This study presents novel anti‐counterfeiting tags with multilevel security features that utilize additional disguise features. They combine luminescent nanosized Ln‐MOFs with conductive polymers to multifunctional mixed‐matrix membranes and powder composites. The materials exhibit visible/NIR emission and matrix‐based conductivity even as black bodies.

We propose to describe the variety of galaxies from SDSS by using only one affine parameter. To this aim, we build the Principal Curve (P-curve) passing through the spine of the data point cloud, considering the eigenspace derived from Principal ...

Stretching the Printability Metric in Direct‐Ink Writing with Highly Extensible Yield‐Stress Fluids
This study introduces “drawability” as a new metric for assessing printability in direct‐ink writing, focusing on gap‐spanning performance and speed robustness. By designing yield‐stress fluids with high extensibility, we demonstrate that extensional strain‐to‐break significantly enhances printability.

Approximations to the Length of an Arc [PDF]
Dr E. M. Horsburgh has given the approximate expression for the length of an arc of the catenary:where C is the length of the chord and T the sum of the tangents at its extremities, analogous to Huygens' approximation to the length of a circular arc:where C′ is the sum of the chords of the two halves of the arc. These approximations are not confined to

In this strategy, a conductive nano‐probe is employed to induce nanoscale phase transitions and map the nanoscale conductivity and trap density of GST films. By utilizing the contrasting properties of phase‐change states, nano‐resonators are fabricated that exhibit plasmonic conduction and dramatically different transport characteristics.
