Full‐Scale Beam‐To‐Column Subassemblage Testing for Seismic Evaluation of Deep Columns

open access: yesEarthquake Engineering &Structural Dynamics, Volume 54, Issue 4, Page 1289-1310, 10 April 2025.
ABSTRACT Steel moment frames composed of wide‐flange steel members are commonly used in seismic regions, with deep and slender column sections often selected to economically satisfy drift limit requirements. The section slenderness makes the columns more susceptible to local and global buckling and subsequent axial shortening when subjected to combined

Evaluation and Optimization of Adjacent Tunnel Light Environment Scheme to Low Carbon

open access: yesEnergy Science &Engineering, Volume 13, Issue 4, Page 1691-1705, April 2025.
Guided by the low‐carbon concept, this article evaluates and optimizes traditional lighting schemes and sunshade schemes from three aspects: Safety, low carbon and economy. ABSTRACT The distance between adjacent tunnels is relatively small, and the driver passes through the alternating light environment for a short time, which poses great safety ...

Synthesis, Characterization, and Measurement of New 1144‐Type Iron‐Based Superconductors: A Systematic Review

open access: yesNano Select, Volume 6, Issue 4, April 2025.
XYFe4As4 samples were synthesized by the Flux Method and Solid‐State Reaction Method (SSR). The flux method is a viable method for synthesizing 1144‐type single‐crystalline FeBSCs that uses a molten metal salt, called flux, to dissolve precursor materials and promote crystal growth of the desired XYFe4As4 sample.
