2018Der temperente Virus ΦCh1 infiziert das haloalkaliphile Archeon Natrialba magadii. Eine Untersuchung des offenen Leserahmens 44 (ORF44) zeigte in der Pfam Datenbank, dass ORF44 eine „PilT N terminal domain” (PIN-Domäne) enthält. Dieser bildet zusammen mit ORF43 ein Operon, da sie co-transkripiert und co-translatiert wird.
