A Biofabricated Human Acinus‐on‐a‐Chip Unveils Mechanotransductive Drivers of Ventilator‐Induced Lung Injury via Decoupling Volutrauma and Barotrauma

This bioinspired acinus‐on‐a‐chip recapitulates VILI pathology, revealing that volutrauma drives P53/NF‐κB pathways while barotrauma triggers mitochondrial‐Wnt dysregulation. How suture stem cells fail to preserve cranial suture patency remains incompletely understood. Integrated single‐cell and high‐resolution spatial transcriptomic analyses identify reduced Fzd7 expression in Prrx1+ suture stem cells as an early feature of craniosynostosis.
