Arcus Senilis and Carotid Disease
To the Editor.— Bagla and Golden reported (233:450,1975) the case of a 52-year-old woman, without any symptoms of cerebrovascular disease, who was hospitalized for treatment of a urinary tract infection and was noted to have a unilateral arcus senilis on the right and a modest reduction in retinal arterial pressure on the left .
