Pemain sepak bola dapat meningkatkan kapasitas VO2 maks melalui latihan interval. Akademi AREMA FC U16 belum memiliki program latihan yang spesifik untuk meningkatkan kapasitas VO2 maks.

This study contributes to the dynamic amplification effects of different speeds of trains on the behavior of the ballasted railway.
