Plasmonic‐Hydrogel Hybrid Biomaterials Via In Situ Seeded Growth

Detailed chemical analysis of the interactions between Au3+ ions and gelatin‐based hydrogels enables the development of a robust “in situ” seed‐mediated synthesis of plasmonic gold nanoparticles, whereby gold salts are reduced directly on the surface of hydrogel substrates to form the nanostructures.

Protein Secondary Structure Patterns in Short‐Range Cross‐Link Atlas

Short‐range cross‐linking mass spectrometry (XL‐MS) reveals secondary structure‐dependent patterns in proteome‐wide datasets. By integrating XL‐MS data with AlphaFold‐predicted structures, we introduce X‐SPAN, a novel validation metric that assesses data quality and enables pLDDT score benchmarking.

Zwitterionic Dipeptide Surface Functionalization of Detonation Nanodiamond for Enhanced Control in Biological Environments

Here, we report a systematic investigation of novel zwitterionic dipeptide functionalized nanodiamonds to ensure colloidal stability over a broad pH range and in biological media. In vitro experiments in 2D and 3D cell cultures revealed a dipeptide‐dependent biocompatibility and cellular uptake.
