As modern operating systems and software become larger and more complex, they are more likely to contain bugs, which may allow attackers to gain illegitimate access. A fast and reliable mechanism to discern and generate vaccines for such attacks is vital for the successful protection of networks and systems. In this paper we present Argos,

Proceedings of the XV Brazilian Symposium on Multimedia and the Web, 2009
This article aims to show ARGOS, a program developed which aims to enable the navigation in virtual worlds using a low cost tangible interface. This is an application that unites the power of graphic processing in a real-time OGRE3D, the Augmented Reality library ARToolkitPlus and a intuitive user centered interface.

Multi-user multiple-input multiple-output theory predicts manyfold capacity gains by leveraging many antennas on wireless base stations to serve multiple clients simultaneously through multi-user beamforming (MUBF). However, realizing a base station with a large number antennas is non-trivial, and has yet to be achieved in the real-world.

The formula for engaging students in a discipline is often a mix of internal and external drives. This poster offers an overview of the solution that our team created as a capstone project, in response to the NASA SUITS Design Challenge. The system became an evolving platform that continues to engage undergraduate and graduate students in Information ...
