Multilevel Optical Programming of Intrinsic Vacancies in Solution‐Processed MoS2 Films for Retinomorphic Color Differentiation

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
Solution‐processed MoS2 films with intrinsic sulfur‐vacancy traps are used to integrate light sensing and memory in a simple two‐terminal pixel. Successive optical pulses program persistent, multilevel conductance states, while oxygen exposure enables rapid erasure.

Transport coefficients of argon, nitrogen, oxygen, argon-nitrogen, and argon-oxygen plasmas

Plasma Chemistry and Plasma Processing, 1994
Calculated values of the viscosity, thermal conductivity, and electrical conductivity of argon, nitrogen, and oxygen plasmas, and mixtures of argon anti nitrogen and of argon anti oxygen, are presented. In addition, combined ordinary, pressure, and thermal diffusion coefficients are given for the gas mixtures.

Conductivity augments ROS and RNS delivery and tumor toxicity of an argon plasma jet.

Free Radical Biology & Medicine, 2022
Gas plasma jet technology was recently identified as a potential adjuvant in the palliation of cancer patients. However, a practical point raised is if higher therapeutic efficacy is achieved with the gas plasma applied in direct contact to the tumor ...
