A generalized hypersubstitution of type τ = (2) is a mapping which maps the binary operation symbol f to a term σ(f) which does not necessarily preserve the arity. Any such σ can be inductively extended to a map σ̂ on the set of all terms of type τ = (2),

Hypergraph regularity and higher arity VC-dimension
We generalize the fact that graphs with small VC-dimension can be approximated by rectangles, showing that hypergraphs with small VC_k-dimension (equivalently, omitting a fixed finite (k+1)-partite (k+1)-uniform hypergraph) can be approximated by k-ary cylinder sets.

Engineering Strategies for Stable and Long‐Life Alkaline Zinc‐Based Flow Batteries
Alkaline zinc‐based flow batteries face persistent challenges from unstable zinc deposition, including dendrite growth, passivation, corrosion, and hydrogen evolution, which severely limit cycling stability. Current research addresses these issues through coordinated electrode structuring, electrolyte regulation, and membrane design to control zinc ...

Single‐ and Dual‐Atom Configurations in Atomically Dispersed Catalysts for Lithium–Sulfur Batteries
Single‐atom and dual‐atom‐based atomically dispersed catalysts (ADCs) effectively address the shuttle effect and sluggish redox kinetics in Li–S batteries. With nearly 100% atomic utilization and tunable coordination environments, ADCs enhance LiPSs adsorption, lower conversion barriers, and accelerate sulfur redox reactions.

A∞-structures for Bott-Chern and Aeppli cohomologies
In this article, we introduce certain arity-3 operations on complex manifolds arising from homotopy transfer theory. Such operations are related to the triple ABCABC-Massey products from Bott-Chern to Aeppli cohomology. We present a package for computing

A regenerated cellulose/MXene aerogel film is engineered with a surface‐confined, coral‐like polyaniline skin to intensify interfacial polarization while a porous, percolated conductive core is retained. By molten salt hydrate processing and interfacially confined oxidative polymerization, PANI growth is localized at the outer surface and internal ...

Alternating Quantifiers in Uniform One-Dimensional Fragments with an Excursion into Three-Variable Logic [PDF]
The uniform one-dimensional fragment of first-order logic was introduced a few years ago as a generalization of the two-variable fragment to contexts involving relations of arity greater than two.

This work introduces a regionally localized electrolyte (RLE) that spatially separates ether‐ and carbonate‐based functions to stabilize both Li metal and high‐voltage cathodes. An immobilized ether‐rich layer directs Li+ transport, activates LiNO3 locally, and forms a uniform LiF‐rich SEI, enabling lower overpotential, uniform deposition, and long ...

Charge transport in 2D tin perovskite FETs is shown to be governed by dielectric interface behavior. Polar polymer dielectrics induce dipolar disorder that localizes carriers, whereas nonpolar polymers suppress trapping and enable superior charge transport, ensuring stable and reliable transistor operation. ABSTRACT Understanding the role of interfaces

Wound closure is governed by geometry‐orientation coupling: aligned fibers speed migration along their axis but hinder perpendicular advance. In vivo diabetic wound experiments with composition‐matched fibrin, combined with an anisotropic diffusion (biased random‐walk) model, quantify this trade‐off and generate a healing landscape.
