An exhaustive study of Ag6Ru and Ag10Ru clusters reveals their stability and aromaticity. The analysis shows these species possess precise electron shell structures, classifying them as planar and spherical superatoms. Ag6Ru exhibits a ten‐electron shell, while Ag10Ru shows 18 electrons.

First characterization of carbon quantum dots (CQD) optical properties, synthesized using an electrochemical method. Their size distribution is of 5±3 nm, with spherical morphology, and a wide absorption spectrum. The CQD show increased absorption at both high and low frequency.
